Warranty: Phoenix Pump, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period that the manufacturer will warranty the item. We will rebuild or replace the item depending on what the manufacturer will allow.
Returns: We gladly accept all return items previously sold by our company as long as the boxes and items are in new condition. All returned items or shipments must have a return authorization number before they will be accepted. Return authorizations may be obtained by calling Kellie at 1-(800)-999-1175 or email her . All authorized return orders not due to our error will be charged a 20% restocking charge.
Same Day Shipping: We will ship out all orders for stock items that we receive before 1:00 PM CST. Please request this service if you desire your order to be shipped the same business day. We are glad to check stock and all lead times.
Sales Tax: Phoenix Pump, Inc. currently collects sales tax on non-exempt purchases in the following states: Arkansas, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana. If you are eligible for tax exempt status please submit a copy of your tax resale certificate so that we can maintain it on file for you.
Freight Paid Policy: Phoenix Pump, Inc. offers free UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states with orders totaling $99.00 or more not including sales tax. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free ground shipping offer. Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3rd Day Select services are available at addition charge.
